HOW TO MAKE THINGS HAPPEN . . .SECRETS OF SUCCESS

by Lon Lindsey

NETWORK MARKETING SECRETS TO SUCCESS

Secrets of success are the tools for success and can be used to achieve success in any venture you attempt. Here are some of the most important ones to remember. Also, the best way to remember is to teach someone else. Practice makes perfect, which makes your goals all the more achievable.

  1. PROMOTE QUALITY PRODUCTS - Become a distributor for only those products you can feel good talking to others about. If you don't use the products, you cannot tell others how much you like or enjoy them.
  2. CARE AND SHARE - The object of network marketing is to SHARE something fantastic with someone else. Show and tell about your products to everyone you know. Include friends, relatives, co-workers, neighbors, and members of organizations to which you belong. Remember, organizations are always looking for products that can be used for fundraising.
  3. YOUR LITERATURE WILL DO THE SELLING - Keep in mind you aren't trying to sell anything. You are sharing. Most people are not salespeople. Encourage people to read your literature. If your product is good and fairly priced, your literature will do the selling.
  4. INVITE DISTRIBUTORS - Mail your literature to people in other parts of the country or world. Always include a note with it. Make it just a few lines, asking the person to examine it. Always follow up with another note or a brief phone call. Ask their opinion. This can often be the turning point in their decision toward becoming a distributor.
  5. BE CONSISTENT AND PERSISTENT - Contact a few people each week. Formulate your plan of weekly activity and be consistent and persistent in following it. The plan should include five to ten hours devoted to your project each week. Sticking to your plan is one of the most essential aspects of network marketing.
  6. HELP AND TRAIN YOUR FIRST LEVEL PEOPLE - Assist those you sponsor to recruit their first level people. Let them know that you offer them 100 percent support. Teach others the importance of doing the same. In helping others become successful, you can become successful. It is a wonderful way to make life long friends.
  7. DON'T BECOME DISCOURAGED - Don't expect a lot of money fast. Consider this: Regard the first three to six months as your training period. The real "big money" usually develops in the lower levels and it takes time to build your organization to that point. DON'T BECOME DISCOURAGED. Success takes time and effort, but you will achieve it. The quicker you start sponsoring others, the sooner you will make it happen. It's okay to dream, but be a doer not just a dreamer.
  8. MAKE THINGS HAPPEN - Don't mail out a few cards, letters or brochures, or contact a few people, and then wait for the money to roll in. It won't happen. Always replace the people in your organization who do not succeed.
  9. DON'T WASTE TIME - Don't waste your time on skeptics or non-motivated people. They will not succeed in your business or in any other endeavor. They do not possess the qualities of a winner. (This includes rocking-chair advisors who talk but never act.)
  10. DON'T BECOME A MULT-LEVEL JUNKIE - When you have secured a line (leg), don't hesitate to start a new one. to ensure success, do not over diversify yourself. If you become a multi-level "jumping jack," your actions will be duplicated.
  11. ALWAYS BE PROFESSIONAL - Always conduct your business in a professional and ethical manner. Stick to the facts and be realistic. People will respect you for it.
  12. TAKE THE FIRST STEP NOW - Don't wait! Start immediately! RIGHT NOW! You can build a gigantic network marketing organization, but you must make the decision to take the FIRST STEP and then stick to it.

THIS POEM EXPLAINS IT BEST

The hardest job in the world, it seems, is just to make a start, And even when desire is strong, this is the toughest part.

You put off things that should be done, you wrestle with fear and doubt,

But the only time your ship comes in, is when you send it out!

You'll never win the prize you want, you'll only cross the finish line by getting in the race!

No one can do it for you. You must do it by your self.

What good are goals that gather up, dust upon a shelf!

The time to do it is always now, you can't have a doubting heart.

The longer you wait, the harder it is to make that essential start.

The first step is always the hardest, but once that sep's begun,

The thing you thought you couldn't do, is already halfway DONE.

SUCCESS WILL COME TO YOU . . . by studying, understanding, and putting the success secrets to work for you.
